Upgrade and extend

Subscriptions are for one year. During this period, the administrator of the account can upgrade the subscription (gigabytes, users) and/or renew it.

Upgrade

You can upgrade your current subscription in two ways:

  • increase the number of Gigabytes (Gb) you can use within your workspace
  • allow multiple users to access your workspace

For both options there is an additional charge per Gb: € 10,-; per user € 50,-
(amounts are exclusive 21% VAT)

With an upgrade, you can upgrade your current subscription within the term. You can then view your previous subscription for this period via the "Subscription History" button.

You can upgrade your subscription at any time via Signed in > Subscription (Abonnement).

After you've paid, you'll see the changes on your subscription page, and you can immediately use the extra space and/or add the additional user. If the maximum number of users has been reached, you'll no longer see the "New User" button.

You will also receive an invoice as proof of payment for the additional charge.

Extend

The term of your subscription is listed in the subscription section of your profile. The organization administrator will be notified well before the subscription period expires that it can be renewed.

You can renew your current subscription at any time by going to Signed in > Subscription (Abonnement). Once you've paid, you'll see the new subscription term. The account administrator will receive a notification of this action in their inbox.
