Terms of use Deventer Systeem
The following conditions apply to the online use of the Deventer System at www.deventersysteem.nl.

Service providers
Stichting Promotie Archeologie - to be called hereinafter 'SPA' - established Van Heemskercklaan 21, 3843 XN Harderwijk, kvk 41024647 in Zwolle.
Javinto established Hendrik Figeeweg 3-F, 2031 BJ Haarlem, kvk 34251607 in Amsterdam is the technical and administrative service provider of this site. Javinto maintains the site, ensures optimal availabitiy and provides second-line support. In addition, Javinto collects subscription fees for the Stichting Promotie Archeologie.
Customers
The user or holder of a subscription to the website, hereinafter referred to as 'user'.
Article 1 usage
This website is a serious matter. The user must adhere to the accepted social norms when communicating with other users on the website. If the user experiences any problems with other users, they will inform the website administrators.
Users who do not comply with the stated conditions, or who otherwise frustrate the use of the website, will be excluded.
Article 2 subscriptions
Only a valid subscription entitles you to access the website. A subscription is valid if paid within the specified period. Service providers reserve the right to immediately terminate registrations with invalid subscriptions.
A subscription is for one year. If an upgrade occurs halfway through that period, the lapsed period will not be deducted from the additional cost of the upgrade. If a subscription is terminated prematurely, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
All rates are exclusive of VAT. Dutch VAT applies to these rates. If a valid European VAT number is entered, the VAT will be reverse-charged according to the intra-Community rules regarding the provision of electronic services to businesses. Private individuals in EU countries, as well as all subscribers outside the EU, pay the Dutch VAT rate.
Article 3 support and availability
The website is available 24/7. However, due to maintenance, short interruptions may occur. Maintenance is scheduled outside of business hours whenever possible.

Article 4 privacy and security
All data entered by the user will be used only on this website. Data from the user's workspace will only be visible to users to whom the subscriber has granted access, unless the user has deliberately transferred data such as catalogs and objects to the public database.
An exception applies to website administrators, who can access this data if support requests it. Administrators also see statistical information such as entered totals to gain insight into website usage.
Other users will see at most the user's name or the organization's name and website if objects created by this have been added to the public database.
The website uses Google Analytics. This is done solely to gain insight into website usage and improve the user experience.
The website can only be accessed via an encrypted (SSL) connection. Furthermore, the most common security methods for web applications have been implemented to prevent hacking. The user agrees to handle their access credentials with care and not to share them with others.
The website and data are hosted at a data center in the Netherlands.
Article 5 retention period
You can cancel your registration at any time. This will delete the entire workspace—including catalogs, objects, images, and bibliographies. However, for tax reasons, the organization, users, and subscription history will be retained for seven years. User email addresses will be deleted.
