The Deventer System is freely accessible without any subscription. However if you would like a working space within the Deventer Systeem than you have to subscribe to a Workspace subcription.
1. Workspace trial subscription
After registration you have a 30 days free trial. Your subscription will automatically expire if you haven't paid after this period.
2. Workspace subscription (Werkruimte in dutch)
You create an account for your organization (which can consist of one or more people) and choose the Workspace (Werkruimte) subscription. After confirmation you will immediately have access to your own Workspace. Here you can enter your own catalogs containing the associated finds (objects), using the Deventer System method. You can consult the central database at any time using the advanced search function. You can also:
- add more users
- share catalogues with other subscribers
- transfer catalogs and/or objects to the central database
Costs:
€ 175,- per year for 2Gb of workspace and 1 user. The space in GBs you need depends mainly on the number and size of photos and drawings you upload.
Additional charge per Gb: € 10,-; Additional charge per user € 50,-

3. Reviewed catalogue
Due to the increasing number of catalogs, as indicated in the October 2022 Newsletter, checking catalog blocks via the workspace route will cost €4.00 per block (excluding VAT, with a starting rate of a minimum of 10 blocks). This amount is indexed every year on January 1. The workflow for submitting a new catalog is available online on this website. Small catalogs up to 50 blocks can generally be checked within two weeks. For larger blocks, the delivery time will be determined in consultation. It is recommended to take this into account in your project briefs. Requests for catalog checks can be submitted to redactie@deventersysteem.nl. The editorial staff will divide the check among themselves. An application for this purpose will be created on the website in the future.
